All transactions are conducted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Due to exchange rate fluctuations, at times there may be some variance in the amounts refunded compared to the amount initially charged. Cruise Fiordland does not accept any liability for these variances or any subsequent credit card/bank charges relating to these transfers to customer's accounts.
Cruise Fiordland reserve the right to amend the schedule, cancel departures, substitute plant and equipment and alter ticket prices at any time.
In the event of a cancellation or amendment to your booking, notification period is in NZ time (NZST).
Cancellation Policy
Private Charters require a 25% non-refundable deposit to be paid within 14 days of booking with balance payable 30 days prior to departure. Cancellation of any reservation less than 30 days before the departure no refund will be given.
Scheduled Cruise reservations require full payment within 14 days of booking. If you are to cancel between the date you booked and 30 days out from the departure of your cruise 25% of the original payment will be non-refundable. Cancellation of any reservation less than 30 days before the departure no refund will be given
Due to any circumstances where we have to cancel a cruise a full refund will be given.
Please check the booking confirmation details before paying for your cruise. We recommend taking out Travel Insurance. No bookings will be taken less than 72 hours prior to any departure.
